Tree Canada sponsors tree-planting projects across the country and had planted over 83 million trees as of mid-2021. Individuals, communities, and businesses can participate.

The organization's priorities include reforestation, carbon offsetting, disaster relief, and the greening of communities. Tree Canada also participates in developing urban forest strategies, forestry education, and forestry policy advocacy.
